Any purchases made by a USER via Enterolab site are NON-REFUNDABLE, in whole or in part, once the payment has been submitted, confirmed and accepted by the Enterolab.
If the submission is rejected by the Enterolab, refunds will be processed via credit card. Any processing shipping fees associated with the transaction are NON-REFUNDABLE.
We cannot guarantee reimbursement of our tests by your insurance company, but to
help facilitate this for you, we provide a properly coded invoice that can be accessed
and printed by you from our website by clicking on "View Order Status" and entering
your User ID and password after you have placed your order. We apologize that EnteroLab
is neither contracted with any insurance carriers nor are we enrolled as a Medicare
or Medicaid provider.
I further understand and agree that I cannot legally process a chargeback on this transaction,
unless the transaction was in fact processed fraudulently. If I go forward with a Chargeback
as a means of getting my refund, Enterolab reserves the right to pursue criminal charges against me.
All sales are final immediately after the order is placed.
